Spiced Pumpkin Hummus
Toasted pepitas, maple creme drizzle, crispy pita chips

Roasted Root Vegetable Salad
Tuscan kale, dried cranberries, goat cheese, maple cider vinaigrette

Venison Marsala
Wheatberry wild rice, broccolini, foraged mushrooms, marsala wine sauce

NOTE: This will be held as a lecture / demonstration style class. It is not a hands-on cooking class, however it does include a delicious tasting of everything on the menu as well as wine pairings.
